Part Number Changes - G457 Refueling Nozzle Range

We would like to advise you of recent improvements that have been made to the G457 range of Refueling Nozzles, however this does affect the part numbering. All new nozzle part numbers will have a 2 added to show that they are Metric type, for example G0457-001 will change to G0457-201.

1. Fasteners
   Original British Standard Whitworth threads have been changed to Metric threads. Please note – This does not affect spare parts for repairing nozzles already in use, as we will continue to supply the necessary repair kits containing BSW fasteners. Please advise at order placement the Nozzle part number / serial number spares are required for.

2. Nozzle Body
   Reduced in weight for easier operator handling.

3. Spout - Finish
   The original bright dipped coating has been changed to electro less nickel plating with a coating thickness of 0.0003”, this will give improved durability increasing the life expectancy of the spout and reduction of oxidization which will reduce the chance of oxidized debris entering the fuel tank.
